At Universal Companies, we are committed to providing the highest quality professional spa and wellness supplies to support your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or credit.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our Customer Success team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
- 2.Pack Securely
Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely placed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our designated returns processing center.
- 4.Inspection and Credit
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the items; approved returns will be credited to your account or original payment method within 7-10 business days.
